Terms of Use — English

Effective date: 22 July 2026
Last updated: 5 September 2026

1. About MyPreg and MyPregBaby

MyPreg and MyPregBaby are developed and published by Ioannis Najdecki.

These Terms apply to the website, both apps on available platforms, planned Android versions when released, and related support and Contact services.

MyPreg is an informational pregnancy-tracking and organisational tool. MyPregBaby is a child-care organisational tool for parents and caregivers. Neither app is a medical device.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, MyPreg or MyPregBaby, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or apps.

3. Eligibility

MyPreg is intended for adults. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country or region. If you are not legally able to enter into a contract, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and appropriately oversee your use.

4. The apps are not medical care

MyPreg and MyPregBaby are not medical devices unless separately and expressly stated. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring or emergency assistance, and their content or records may not be appropriate for every person or situation.

Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice about symptoms, treatment, medicines, supplements or other concerns. For urgent concerns, contact your local emergency services or maternity-care provider.

5. App availability and compatibility

The MyPreg and MyPregBaby iPhone apps are publicly available through Apple’s App Store. Android versions are planned, but no fixed release date is guaranteed.

Availability may vary by country or region. Compatibility requirements and platform features may change, and features or release timing may differ between iPhone and Android.

Some features may depend on device permissions, Apple or Google services, hardware capabilities or operating-system support. MyPreg does not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device.

6. Trial and purchase

MyPreg and MyPregBaby each provide a 14-day free trial. Continued use after the trial can be unlocked through a one-time Lifetime Access purchase for that app. This is not a recurring subscription. “Lifetime” means access for as long as the purchased app remains available and compatible, subject to these Terms and applicable law; it does not guarantee permanent operation or every future feature.

Exact pricing is displayed by Apple’s App Store before purchase and may vary by country or region. Apple processes payments and refunds under its applicable terms and policies.

A purchase applies only to the app and store listing identified at checkout; a MyPreg purchase does not automatically unlock MyPregBaby, or vice versa. Purchase restoration and related features are provided through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and are subject to the relevant store’s rules and services.

MyPregBaby — app-specific terms

MyPregBaby lets a parent or caregiver organise feeding, diapers, sleep, growth, appointments, reminders, medication routines and administration records, documents, Child Card details, Timeline entries, photos and memories. These features are for personal organisation and do not verify medical accuracy or replace professional instructions.

You are responsible for the records and media you add, for having the right to store information about a child, and for limiting access to your device. Follow instructions from a qualified healthcare professional for medicines, doses, schedules and health concerns.

MyPregBaby is local-first and does not provide a developer-operated account. On iPhone, you may choose to create or accept a private iCloud share for one child’s records, photos and documents. You are responsible for inviting only people you trust, managing participants, and ending the share when it is no longer needed. Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit terms and availability also apply.

You are responsible for maintaining any backup you need. Exported backups and imported files may contain sensitive child records, documents and media; store, transfer and delete them securely.

7. App-store terms

If you obtain MyPreg or MyPregBaby through Apple’s App Store or, once available, Google Play, the applicable store terms may also apply to your download, purchase and use of the app.

Apple and Google are responsible only for their own platforms and obligations. They are not responsible for MyPreg website content or MyPreg support except where their applicable terms or law provide otherwise.

8. User data and privacy

How information is handled is explained in the shared Privacy Policy for MyPreg and MyPregBaby.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into either app. Do not enter information that you do not want stored on your device or shared through features you choose to use.

9. Device permissions and local notifications

Optional features may request access to Apple Health, iCloud, your calendar, photos, camera, documents or files, widgets, and notifications. MyPregBaby requests access only when you choose a related feature. Access depends on your permission and platform settings.

Some features may not function fully if permission is denied or withdrawn. MyPreg does not automatically interpret this information as medical advice or a medical diagnosis.

Apple Health data must not be used for advertising.

10. User responsibilities

When using MyPreg, you must:

  • use MyPreg lawfully;
  • provide accurate information where relevant;
  • protect access to your device;
  • not attempt to disrupt, damage or misuse the website, app or related services;
  • not reverse engineer MyPreg where doing so is prohibited by law;
  • not submit unlawful, harmful or infringing content; and
  • not use the contact form for emergencies.

11. Prohibited use

You must not use MyPreg to:

  • carry out illegal activity;
  • access or attempt to access systems, accounts or data without authorisation;
  • introduce malware, scrape the website or app, or carry out automated abuse;
  • copy or redistribute protected MyPreg content except where authorised or permitted by law;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • harass, threaten or harm another person;
  • infringe another person’s intellectual-property or other rights;
  • misuse support or contact channels; or
  • submit payment-card details, passwords or Apple Account credentials through the contact form.

12. User content and personal records

MyPreg may allow you to add notes, photographs, documents and other personal content or records. You remain responsible for the content you add, including ensuring that you have the right to store or share it.

MyPreg does not claim ownership of your personal content. If you choose to share or export content, you are responsible for selecting the destination and understanding how that destination may handle the content.

13. Intellectual property

The MyPreg and MyPregBaby branding, interfaces, copy, illustrations, website design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use MyPreg for its intended purpose. No ownership rights in MyPreg are transferred to you.

14. Third-party services

MyPreg may rely on services supplied by Apple, Google or other service providers. Depending on the feature and platform, these may include the App Store, Google Play, Apple Health, calendar services, device notifications and a form-processing provider for website contact requests.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MyPreg does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to MyPreg

The apps’ features, design, availability and compatibility may change. An app or the website may be updated, temporarily interrupted, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part.

MyPreg does not promise that any feature or service will remain permanently available.

16. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as MyPreg, its legal requirements or its services change. An updated version will show a revised effective or last-updated date.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the website or app. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect may indicate acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

17. Disclaimers

MyPreg is provided on an “as available” basis. MyPreg does not guarantee that the website or app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

General pregnancy information may not apply to every individual. You remain responsible for seeking advice from a qualified healthcare professional and for decisions you make based on your circumstances.

These disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, MyPreg is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or website.

MyPreg does not limit liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited, and these Terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections. Your legal rights may vary depending on your country or region.

19. Responsibility for unlawful use

You may be responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of MyPreg or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to use the Contact form so that the issue can be considered and, where possible, resolved. Any dispute process remains subject to applicable mandatory law.

21. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please use the secure contact form.

MyPreg does not publish a support email address. Use the website Contact form for legal, purchase or general enquiries.
